Agreement to terms

By using Dokuily, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Dokuily is

Dokuily helps you draft documents from a plain-English description, and in some cases fills in the real, official government or court form for you. It is a document-preparation tool, not a law firm, and doesn't provide legal advice — see our Disclaimer for details.

Your responsibilities

• The facts you provide should be accurate — Dokuily drafts from what you tell it and won't invent details on your behalf.
• You're responsible for reviewing any document before you sign, file, or rely on it.
• You won't use Dokuily to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents.
• You're responsible for keeping your document's private link confidential — anyone with the link can view it.

Payment

Some documents require a one-time payment, shown clearly before you check out, to unlock the final download. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because a document is a finished digital product, payments are generally non-refundable once a document has been downloaded — reach out at support@dokuily.com if something went wrong and we'll take a look.

Intellectual property

The content of the documents you create — the facts and terms you provide, and the resulting filled document — is yours. Dokuily's underlying templates, code, and branding remain ours.

No warranty, limitation of liability

Dokuily is provided "as is." We work to keep jurisdiction rules and sourced government forms accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that a document is complete, correct, or fit for your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dokuily isn't liable for damages arising from your use of a document it generated.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use Dokuily after a change means you accept the updated terms.
