Privacy Policy

No accounts, no profiles

Dokuily doesn't require sign-up. Each document you create is reachable only through a private, randomly generated link — we store a cryptographic hash of that link's token, never the token itself, so a database copy alone can't be used to reconstruct your links.

What we collect

To generate a document, we process:

• The description and details you type in, and any answers you give in the clarify step.
• A file you upload, if you use the "attach a document to fill" option.
• Your email address, but only if you choose to receive a document by email — it is never required to use Dokuily.
• Your IP address, briefly, to apply rate limits and prevent abuse.
• Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe — we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, never your card number.

How we use it

Your inputs are used only to draft, source, and fill your document, and to run the jurisdiction rule checks that apply to it. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to train models beyond what our AI infrastructure providers do for abuse prevention under their own terms.

Who we share it with

Processing your document involves a small number of infrastructure providers, each bound by their own terms:

• Vercel — application hosting and file storage.
• Neon — our database.
• An AI model provider, via Vercel's AI Gateway — to interpret your request and draft document text.
• Resend — to deliver document-ready emails, only when you request one.
• Stripe — to process payments.

How long we keep it

Documents and any files you upload expire and are automatically deleted 30 days after creation. There is no persistent account to delete, because none is created in the first place.

Your choices

Since a document is reachable only by its private link, letting that link expire is sufficient to end access to it. If you'd like something deleted sooner, or have any other question about your data, reach out at privacy@dokuily.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
